Mentoring: Rooting the path for progression - National Mentoring Month

This #NationalMentoringMonth we look to the British Ecological Society who have a long history of providing mentoring opportunities in different forms. 

In this article they tell us how they have learnt a great deal over the years in how to provide an offering for those either working within, or those hoping to enter the sector. Now they are very excited to launch a brand new mentoring programme that is not subject specific to topics within ecology and the environment, but rather focuses on goals relating to personal and professional development for those both within and outside of academia.
