Criminal activity against wildlife
Hare Coursing is an activity where two sighthound dogs (typically Lurcher/Saluki type breeds) are released at the same time, in pursuit of a hare across large, flat, open fields. In the UK it was banned by the Hunting Act 2004 and since being banned, those who continue to be involved in the activity commit a criminal offence in doing so.
