Alister Harman describes himself as “a capable Ranger and human being” he then goes on to say “I’m also Autistic-Dyslexic, which in translation means no matter the wisdom and experience I’ve garnered, I’m frequently judged for my non-conformity first and capability second, as is the case for many like myself.” In this opinion piece we learn about Alister’s experiences of trying to get a job in conservation and where he thinks changes can be made.
