Iford is a Biodiversity Net Gain pioneer

Anthony with CLM Consulting is incredibly excited to be working on a pioneering biodiversity net gain project with the Iford Estate where 800ha of their 1200ha estate will be permanently dedicated to nature recovery! 

This 30 year vision came about thanks to the estate owners’ desire to put the land to more environmentally friendly use. One of these uses will involve floodplain grazing marsh, perfect for wintering birds, many species of rare plants, and providing rich grassland for insects and mammals alike.
