Has marshland management come full circle? Sir Nicholas Bacon from Raveningham Estate remembers grazing cattle on the river Yare marshes. In the 1970’s the Government provided grants for the draining of these marshes. In the 1990’s the Estate decided to revert back to grazing marshes and has worked hard to re-establish its marshland.
