Nature and our Mental Health

We are within NHS Self Care Week and we all know that spending time in nature is good for our mental health. Forest bathing - the simple method of being calm and quiet, amongst the trees, observing nature around you, has repeatedly shown its potential to improve mental health and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.
