It’s all about balance

Some employers are getting it right. Henry works for the National Trust and has been supported to allow a fabulous work/life balance. With a family, children, a smallholding and an acre of vegetable garden, he needs all the time at home he can get. 

Henry manages a team of Rangers and wants to give other people this balance yet, he’s struggling to recruit.
