Social Prescribing Day!

#SocialPrescribingDay is an annual celebration of social prescribing that recognises all the Social Prescribing Link Workers, local community groups and regional and national organisations which support people’s health and wellbeing. Today we are helping celebrate these people and all the work they do, as well as bring attention to all the work done in our green and outdoor spaces to help make #GreenSocialPrescribing all the easier by giving people incredible spaces to enjoy and improve their health and wellbeing.
