CJS is proud to be a Content Partner of the Green Jobs for Nature website

Arising from a need to engage with the next generation of conservationists, CIEEM have created the website aimed at 13 to 23 year olds. The hope is that the site is going to bring environmental careers to the minds of young people. 

The twin environmental crises we are facing of biodiversity loss and climate change mean that the work of those involved in ecology and environmental management is ever more important. Yet we are facing a skills shortage. We need more young people to join us by choosing a ‘green job for nature’ career, and we particularly need people from currently under-represented backgrounds who can bring their talents, skills and enthusiasm to these roles.

Spread the word - there are so many opportunities within nature conservation and the jobs and career paths available can only increase in number as we all seek to save the planet.
