This week is all about helping out, being kind and making a difference.
We're starting with
#iwillWeek 2018
#iwill is a UK-wide campaign that aims to make social action
part of life for as many 10 to 20 year-olds as possible by the year 2020.
This 12-16 November we’re calling for #iwill campaign
partners to further empower and celebrate the stories of young people by
enabling them to describe the impact they’re having on the communities and
causes they care so much about. Ultimately,
we know when young people take part in social action, everyone benefits. And we
want young people to have the chance to take part in meaningful social action –
building a habit for life.
We hope #iwillWeek 2018 provides the space and
forum for young people to tell stories of youth social action.
The initiative is supported by a vast range of organisations
and charities from local councils to national bodies.
There many names familiar to CJS readers, defra,
many National Parks, including our local one: the North York Moors, Love parks,
