Walking for health
March is #WalkAllOverCancer month from Cancer Research and what better way to get those 10,000 steps in than to walk the streets. We learned from Living Streets that walking is one of the most accessible ways to stay active. Just 20 minutes can help improve our wellbeing and connect us with what’s around us. You can then get involved in #NationalWalkingMonth in May.
