Wild swimming.

Last week in the very hot weather Amy and her girls accompanied by their collie Ed (walking out of shot) and a relative's Labrador Perdie (already soaked and wading further in) all sauntered down the fields to the river for a spot of wild swimming, she says the water was freezing and full of sludge!  But in the searing heat, which came as quite a shock to the system, a welcome relief.
